This is a very simple 20 to 30 minute plyometrics workout which involves sets of jogging and plyo-jumps. You may want to watch the whole thing and then do it or watch and pause so you are in time with the video. Sorry for the low quality of editing, I realize there is a gramatical error and I can cut out some unneeded spots. When I get time I will but for now I hope it is helpful.

Was messing around and decided to see how many I could jump. May I add the chairs are very rocky when stacked and the floor is slippy!! Could probably go higher if I was jumping on something a bit more stable.
