"  Regarding video format, it is up to you. You will have to tell what format, resolution, bitrate and screen size you will need to whoever is going to produce the final mixdown. Bitrate will determine quality/streaming speed ratio. Preferably, all these should be the same across the board, especially format and screen size."

I would like to answer this but I am not sure. I will be hosting (shared hosting package) online volleyball recruiting videos for approximately 12 players this year. Each video will be somewhere between 3-5 minutes maximum in length (closer to 3.5). My website it designed with Adobe Cold Fusion 8. Thanks in advance for any help you can send my way.</description>
